How To Use Enamel Cookware:

  • Clean before first use.
  • Ideal for all cooktops.
  • Our cookware /kettle heats very quickly.
  • To prevent sticking when using omelette or saut√© pan, add a small amount of spray oil, margarine, or butter to a cold pan. Heat on low to medium temperature for 1-2 minutes before adding food. Using oil bottle requires a greater amount. Make sure to reduce heat if fats/oils smoke.
  • Cooking with high heat causes food to stick which will produce a food film residue on the enamel surface.

How To Clean Enamel Cookware

How To Clean Enamel Cookware:

  • Dishwasher safe
  • After being used, allow hot pot /pan to cool naturally before running cold water.
  • Use lemon juice to remove any interior discoloration as result of repeated usage.
  • Only use soap and water with sponge or soft cloth to clean your pot/pan.
  • Do not use steel wool scouring pads, oven cleaners or strong abrasive cleaners on any surface of your cookware.
  • Wipe interior and exterior dry, do not put pan /pot upside down.

  • Choose the right & proper size of pot/pan to suit the heat source for saving energy.
  • Do not put empty pot/pan/kettle on flame.
  • Using high heat may cause food sticking on the pot.
  • Heat the pot slowly, starting with a medium to low heat, once the pot is hot reduce to low heat during the cooking period.
